In due compliance with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) of 2012, its implementing rules and regulations (IRR) effective since September 9, 2016, and relevant data privacy jurisprudence in the Philippines, I hereby allow Ripple VAs, the data collector, to store and use my data for the purpose and execution of all legitimate organization activities pertaining to the company’s referral program.

 

In submitting any type of information through this platform, I agree and authorize the data collector to:

 

• Use my personal data for any activity authorized by Ripple VAs’ management for the entire duration of its referral program. 

 

• Retain my information throughout my entire stay or affiliation in the company, and thereafter, as long as needed for the referral program.

 

• That I need not be informed where my information will be used, provided the use remains internally in the referral program, for its ordinary operations, policy determination, and such other incidental matters germane to the referral program. Any use outside of this scope should be with my express consent. 

 

• I understand that Ripple VAs will take the necessary precautions to protect my personal information.

 

• That for any claims arising from breach of this policy, voluntary settlement and mediation are preferred and should be resorted to before any court action.
